Roop Behroop A Short Story by Nazia Hussain. As soon as Shanoo entered the house, she noticed that her elder sister was sitting with a pile of papers before her. She felt her mode turned off as her sister had the best staff available in the school. Even then, once in a week, she used to bring the students’ notebooks home and that always made Shanoo feel bad. Same was the reason today. She tried to skip by greeting from a distance but suddenly she looked at the papers and she turned back as those papers were not school notebooks but something else. It was something that interested her as well. Actually, at the time of the death of their parents, her sister was 25 years of age while Shanoo was only 12 years. Her sister had brought her up like her own parents.
