Aag (fire) A True Short Story by SA Hashmi. It was very difficult to travel on the mountain path but the driver looked a clever and trained person. After travelling for about two hours, the car was stopped before a beautiful building in a village. All entered the hotel building silently. Hotel seemed packed with people. When they all four entered the dining room, three fourth of the tables were already taken. Most of them were foreigners. When Anwar and Tahir entered the house, they were looking for their mother who used to look at them standing at the door when they returned from school. But today, instead of the mother, there was a deep silence. Mother where are you? Anwar called out loudly but there was no response in that silence. They looked in every single room but mother was not there. Both had questions in their eyes while looking at each other.
